Stop working... just a few seconds ...  

Think about nature: the leaves drifting to the ground in multi-hued shades of gold, ruby and orange,  the  water falling down, the sun  shining in the sky, the wind   blowing everywhere, sometimes sweet or strong, but  free like a bird,  whispering you that you are  alive and your life  is wonderful...relax.
